Nambung National Park .....Pinnacles to Perth 3rd Nov

Yes we are heading to the big smoke but along the way you have to stop at the Pinnacles.

This NP is an easy visit with a track that drives you around most of the Pinnacles. You have to unhitch your van and leave it in the carpark but that is no biggie.

The jury is still out on what these structures are and scientists have a couple of schools of thought. So if they don't know I am not going to try and explain them except that they may be remnants of trees.

We pointed the car towards Perth and took off. You would think it would be easy to get a spot in Perth but it was busy. We managed to get a spot at Coo gee beach just South of Freemantle and it was a lovely quite place and the beach was.... you guessed it white sand with aqua water. It worked out well that we were near Freemantle as our next adventure is Rottnest Island!!
